The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) was established at GCE Erode in the year 2013 with AICTE grant in order to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset, startup incubation, and business literacy among students and faculty members.

Established on 23.11.2018 at the Mechanical CAM Lab, the Innovative Product Development Centre (IPDC) was sponsored by M/s Inventions Innovations Inc., USA, founded by Mr. Ravikumar (1992 Batch IRTT ECE Alumni).
